You will see a dialog as shown in Figure 1 when you run the MailUtl3 at the first time.

Since the author is using Japanese version of Windows XP, above screenshot is Japanese one. You will see different one. This dialog is very important for your computer security. Please unblock the MailUtl3 if you trust the MailUtl3.
