About the J2j

The J2j is a JPEG to JPEG converter, which makes a thumbnail file. Available thumbnail size is 32x32 pixels to 200x200 pixels. The J2j converts a JPEG image file with keeping its aspect ratio. The J2j creates a HTML file which indicates thumbnail files in your web browser. The J2j is a free software distributed under the GNU GPL.

How to use the J2j

  1. Enter thumbnail size in the "Thumbnail" Section.
  2. Select originate files in the "Original" section. Click the <All> button due to select all files in the directory. The drive and directory in the "Thumbnail" section will be changed automatically when you change the drive or directory in the "Original" section. Select [Option|Auto Dir] due to alternate the Auto Directory Change function.
  3. The J2j will create a HTML file if you check the HTML checkbox. The HTML file will be created in the directory selected in the "Original" section.
  4. Click the <Save> button due to start converting.
  5. Select [Display|Log Viewer] menu item if you want to browse the conversion result.
